Welcome! We are Ben and Natalie Callis. We are high school sweethearts who met at and graduated from Brownsburg High School. After high school Ben joined the Army and Natalie went to school for graphic design. We got married and moved to Colorado. After the Army, Ben worked in a custom mill work and cabinetry shop and his love for wood working began. At the same time he went to school to become a farrier ( horse shoeing and blacksmithing) and the Spruced Moose Woodsmith was born!

After having our first daughter, we moved back to Indiana to be closer to family. We now reside in Brownsburg and would love to work with you on bringing your custom pieces to life.
